Apples in Batter
A recipe for fried apples in batter, which also serve as a dessert.

- 150 ml milk

- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar

1. Step
Mix flour, eggs, milk and salt in a bowl and stir well to create a smooth dough. Let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
2. Step
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into approximately 1cm thick wheels. Then drizzle the apples with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar.
3. Step
Heat the oil to medium-high heat. Dip each apple into the batter and fry on both sides until golden.
4. Step
Sprinkle the fried apples with powdered sugar and serve while still warm.
