Ingredients
- 150 g soy noodle
- 300 g ground pork
- 150 g shrimps
- 1⁄2 carrot
- 4 mushroom
- 1⁄2 onion
- 3 chives
- Chopped serrano chilli
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- salt and pepper
- 40 letters rice paper
- lemon

Soak the noodles in cold water.

Prepare a bowl of ground beef. Chop the carrot, mushrooms, onion and chives.
