Bear Garlic Butter
Delicious and healthy butter, which is ideal for making toasts or as an addition to grilled dishes. Bear's garlic is exceptionally healthy and its taste stands out especially in combination with butter.

- 200 g butter
- 50 g Bear's garlic
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 pcs A clove of garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1. Step
First, prepare all the ingredients. Wash the bear's garlic, dry it, and chop it finely.
2. Step
Let the butter soften at room temperature and then put it into the mixer. Add the chopped garlic, juice from half a lemon, pressed garlic and salt.
3. Step
Blend everything together until smooth.
4. Step
Transfer the finished butter into a bowl, where we let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. Before serving, let it warm up at room temperature for 10 minutes.
