Beet salad with apple full of vitamins
This recipe is a family favorite and I make it often for lunches and picnics. It's a fresh and crunchy salad with a sweet and tart flavor that goes well with grilled chicken or fish. The combination of beet and apple gives this salad a beautiful color and if, like me, you love the taste of fresh lemons and dill, then this salad is a must for you.

- 2 large Beet, boiled and grated
- 2 cut apple
- 1 squeezed Big lemon
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- fresh dill, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
