Blueberry buns
Blueberry rolls are one of my beloved baked goods. They are best warm, when the berries are still slightly warm and the dough is soft and fluffy. They're the perfect afternoon treat for the whole family, especially since preparing them is extremely easy and quick.

Directions
Sift flour into a bowl, add baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix.
Add the diced butter and chop it with the flour until you have a crumble consistency. Here it is a good idea to speed up the work so that the butter does not have time to get too hot.
Add milk and quickly knead the dough. If it is too sticky, you can add some flour.
Add the berries to the batter and stir gently to distribute them evenly.
Form buns from the dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Finally, grease the buns with a broken egg. This will give them a beautiful color during baking.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, until the buns are nicely browned.
Cool the finished buns on a griddle.
