Foundation

  • 100 g butter biscuits Added to

Blueberry broth

  • 200 g I used wild frozen blueberries Added to

Cream

  • 500 g Spreadable curd cheese Added to
  • 100 g white chocolate Added to
  • 2 spoons Bilberry compote Added to
  • 200 ml 40 percent whipped cream Added to
  • pinch real vanilla Added to

1. Step

Diameter of the form: 18 cm

2. Step

We blend the cookies together with the melted butter and smooth it on the bottom of the mold, lined with baking paper.

3. Step

Boil the blueberries with sugar and lemon juice. (If you have fresh ones, it's good to crush them a little and add 1-2 tablespoons of water. )

4. Step

Mix them together and return back to the pot. Remove 2 spoons for the cream!

5. Step

Mix cornstarch (2 teaspoons) in 30 ml of water and add it to the blended blueberries. Briefly let it simmer and allow it to cool slightly.

6. Step

Whisk the curd and cream, add 2 tablespoons of blueberry compote, vanilla and melted white chocolate.

7. Step

Smooth the cream into the mold and carefully pour in the blueberry mixture.
