Broccoli Meatballs
A delicious vegetarian option, these broccoli meatballs are nutritious and delightful. Easy to make, they are perfect for a quick lunch or a light dinner.

- 500 g broccoli
- 2 unit Eggs
- 100 g Grated bread
- 50 g Grated parmesan
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

Boil the broccoli in salted water.
2. Step
Chop them finely.
3. Step
In a bowl, mix the broccoli with the eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Shape the meatballs with your hands, roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet on baking paper.
5. Step
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until golden.
