Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
This is one of the simplest and tastiest recipes for Brussels sprouts with crispy bacon, which perfectly complements the slightly bitter taste of the sprouts. This dish is great for colder weather and as a side dish to meat.

- 500 g Rosy cabbage
- 200 g bacon
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 1 a piece garlic
- 1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Fry the bacon until crispy in a pan.

Rinse the Brussels sprouts, trim and cut in half.

Combine Brussels sprouts, fried bacon, olive oil, grated garlic, salt and pepper in a baking dish.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the cabbage begins to acquire a golden color.
