Carp on butter

Directions
The carp is first washed and gutted. After cleaning, I salt and pepper it.
Then I brush the carp with lemon juice, which gives the meat a fresh and slightly sour taste. I then let the carp sit for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C. After waiting, I brush the carp with melted butter and put it in the oven. I bake it for about an hour and a half until golden. During baking, I occasionally brush the carp with butter and its own juices to keep the meat juicy.
After removing from the oven, I sprinkle the carp with fresh dill and serve with vegetables and potatoes.
