- 500 g chicken breast
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 pcs peas
- sweet corn
- carrot
Spice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 ts black pepper

1. Step
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and the onion into small cubes.
2. Step
Heat the oil in the pan and add the chicken breasts. Roast them until golden.
3. Step
Add the onion and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add the vegetables, crushed garlic, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for another 3 minutes.

Pour in the whipping cream, stir and let it simmer briefly until the sauce comes together.

Serve with pasta.
