1. Step
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and replace the chicken thighs. Peel and dice the potatoes.
2. Step
Season the chicken thighs, sprinkle them with pepper and rub them with olive oil. Do the same with the potatoes.

Put everything into the baking dish, add the whole garlic and sprinkle with rosemary.
