Chickpea Soup

- 200 g chickpeas
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs Clover of garlic
- 1 l water
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts ground black pepper
- 1 ts marjoram

1. Step
Soak the chickpeas in water and leave overnight.
2. Step
Peel the onion, carrot, and garlic and cut into small pieces.
3. Step
Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped vegetables. Sauté until the vegetables start to turn lightly golden brown.
4. Step
Add the soaked and rinsed chickpeas to the pan and stir.
5. Step
Cover everything with water and add salt, pepper and marjoram.
6. Step
Let the soup cook over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chickpeas are soft.
7. Step
Let the soup stand for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm sprinkled with parsley.
