- 500 ml chicken stock
- 420 g creamed corn
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 3 teaspoon water
- 1 egg chicken breast

- 3 tablespoon spring onion

1. Step
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Fry on a pan in oil until cooked through. Then shred using a fork.

Add stock, corn, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then add mixed cornflour and water. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until it thickens. Then turn off the heat, and add a whisked egg. FInally add the shredded chicken and spring onion. Serve and enjoy!
