- 2 units carrots
- 3 units medium sized potatoes
- 2 units Onions
- 2 clove garlic
Spices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 cdta salt

1. Step
Peel and cut the pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic into pieces.
2. Step
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot.
3. Step
Add the vegetables and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the spices and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
5. Step
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Remove from heat and let it cool a bit. Then, use an immersion blender to puree the soup until it's smooth.
