Cocoa loaf in a bread oven
So the breadmaker can be used not only to make bread, but also to make cakes and scones, quickly and with almost no effort. And the cocoa loaf is a crumbly, delicious treat that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 450 g flour
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 250 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 g sugar
- 2 teaspoon yeast

Directions
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, oil, milk, salt and sugar in the bread maker. (You can mix the ingredients in a separate bowl first to make sure that all the ingredients are well distributed in the dough.)
Set the bread machine on the "dough" program and let it do the work for you. (Use the silent program and try to time the rising time to fit your daily schedule.)
When the dough is ready, remove it from the oven and leave it to rest for 15 minutes, then shape it into a loaf, or however you like.
Return the shaped dough to the bread machine, set it to the "baking" programme and wait for it to finish baking.
When ready, allow to cool before slicing.
