- 1 pcs cauliflower
- 1⁄2 l milk
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 pcs bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 spoons butter

1. Step
Clean and chop the vegetables. Divide the cauliflower into florets, slice the carrots and onion, finely chop the garlic.
2. Step
Melt butter in the pan, add onion, carrot, garlic, and bay leaf. Sauté until vegetables start to turn golden.
3. Step
Add the cauliflower, salt, and pepper. Stir and add the milk. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft.
4. Step
Remove the bay leaf and blend the soup until smooth using a hand blender.
5. Step
Taste the soup before serving and season as needed with salt and pepper. You can add a spoonful of cream on top for an extra creamy texture.
