Crispy goose roasted whole
The crispy skin, the juicy meat and the flavour of the filling will impress everyone. It's worth the effort as the goose is tasty and filling, freeing you from the kitchen for long hours.

- 1 larger Goose size
- salt and pepper
- 2 Head garlic
- 1 large apple
- 1 large onion
- Fresh rosemary and thyme

Directions
Wash the goose thoroughly and pat dry inside and out. Salt and pepper the inside, then stuff with the peeled and quartered apple, onion and garlic.
Place the goose in a baking pan of suitable size and sprinkle with rosemary and thyme.
Bake the goose in a preheated oven at a low temperature (150 degrees) for about 2-2.5 hours. Every half hour, baste the goose with the drippings.
When the meat is tender and the skin is nice and golden brown, remove from the oven and leave to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
