Crispy Spicy Lamb Wraps with Sauce
An appetizing fusion of succulent lamb, fresh vegetables, and creamy sauce, all nestled within a warm, soft wrap. Whether as a snack or a main dish, this recipe is sure to delight all taste buds by offering a burst of flavors.
Ingredients
- 600 gms of lamb, cut into slices
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 50 gms of fresh lettuce
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 tbls of tzatziki sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Start by marinating the lamb slices with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil for at least 1 hour.
Heat a pan over medium heat, then add the marinated lamb slices and cook for about 5 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add onions and peppers. Cook until they are softened and slightly charred.
Warm the tortilla wraps for about 10 seconds in the microwave or over medium heat in a dry pan.
Begin assembling the wraps by evenly distributing the cooked lamb, onions, peppers, lettuce, cucumber, and a tablespoon of tzatziki sauce to each tortilla.
Roll the tortilla tightly, tuck in the sides, then continue rolling until fully wrapped.
You can lightly grill or heat the wrap in a pan for a few minutes if you prefer.
Slice in half and serve warm. Enjoy!
