Ingredients

Directions
1. Preparing the dough for dumplings:
1. Mix the curd, eggs, flour, semolina and salt in one bowl until a smooth dough is formed. If you are preparing the dough directly outside, you can bring all the ingredients already measured in sealable containers.
Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
2. Filling and shaping dumplings:
1. Shape small cakes from the dough, put a piece of quince and raspberry in each one and seal carefully. You can do these steps on a flat clean surface or a wooden board.
2. Form round dumplings from these filled pastries.
3. Cooking dumplings on fire:
