- 100 g butter

- 500 g cottage cheese
- 200 g whipping cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pcs vanilla sugar
- 250 g Black currants

1. Step
Crush the biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the mold.
2. Step
Put curd, whipping cream, sugar and vanilla sugar into a bowl and whisk everything together.
3. Step
Spread the filling evenly on the body and decorate with black currants.
4. Step
Let the cake set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
