Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile, boil water with a little salt and oil to cook the lasagna sheets. Remember that adding oil to the cooking water will prevent the pasta from sticking.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add the minced meat to the pan, season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is completely browned. It is important to stir constantly to ensure even cooking.
When the meat is ready, add the tomato sauce and oregano. Let it simmer for 15 minutes so that the flavors blend well.
While the meat is cooking, cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water according to package directions, usually 8-10 minutes. Then drain and set aside.
In a baking dish, make layers of lasagna, meat, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
Let stand for a few minutes before serving. Resting allows the lasagna to hold its shape when cut.
