Delicious Soft Cinnamon Scrolls Thermomix

Ingredients
For the Scrolls:
- 200 gms of milk
- 75 gms of butter, unsalted
- 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
- 400 gms of white bread flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 90 gms of sugar
For the Filling:
- 200 gms of brown sugar
- 3 tbls of cinnamon powder
- 60 gms of butter, melted
For the Glaze:
- 100 gms of icing sugar
- 3 tbls of milk
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Directions
Begin by warming the milk and butter in the Thermomix at 37 degrees for 3 minutes on speed 1.
Add yeast, flour, salt, and sugar to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for seven seconds on speed 7; then knead for 3 minutes.
Remove the dough from the bowl; set aside in a warm place to rise for around an hour or until it doubles in size.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the filling.
Once the dough has risen, roll out on a floured surface to a 1cm thick rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the dough surface.
Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log. Slice into scrolls of around 2cm thick each.
Arrange the scrolls on a baking pan. Preheat your Thermomix oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
While the scrolls are baking, mix the icing sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in the Thermomix for the glaze, set for 20 seconds on speed 4.
When the cinnamon scrolls are ready, drizzle the vanilla glaze over the warm scrolls. Serve and enjoy!
