Diet vegetable soup
Recipe for a simple and tasty diet soup from vegetables.

- 1 pcs cauliflower
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 3 pcs carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 pcs onion
- 4 spoons Oils
- salt and pepper
- water

1. Step
First, prepare the vegetables. Divide the cauliflower into florets, clean and cut the carrots and potatoes into smaller pieces and chop the onion finely.
2. Step
Heat the oil and add the chopped onion. Fry it until golden brown.
3. Step
Add the carrots and potatoes and fry for a few minutes.
4. Step
Add the cauliflower and peas and pour in the broth.
5. Step
Cook the vegetable soup for approximately 20 - 25 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add salt and pepper as needed.
