- 4 Fish Fillets (your choice of fish)
- Salt and Pepper for taste
- 1⁄2 Cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbls of olive oil
- 4 Lemon Slices
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Rinely wash the fish fillets and pat them dry using kitchen towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the flour in a shallow dish. In a separate dish, whisk the eggs. Dip each fillet in the flour, shake off the excess, then dip in the egg.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the fish fillets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
