- 5 dkg walnut
- 15 dkg soft butter
- 20 dkg sugar
- 25 dkg carrot
- 20 dkg self-rising flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda

1. Step
To prepare the muffins, beat the eggs, finely chop the raisins and walnuts.
2. Step
Mix the butter with the sugar in a large bowl and stir in the peeled and grated carrots.
3. Step
Add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder, then mix them.
4. Step
Mix the eggs, raisins and walnuts to the butter-flour base.
5. Step
Fill a 12-piece muffin tray lined with paper, then bake them golden in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for approx. in 20 minutes.
