1. Step
Cut off one end of the beetroot to be able to open them.

Add olive oil inside and out. Then, add salt and pepper to taste.

Wrap with aluminium foil.

Place the beets directly into the frying pan or grill for about 10 minutes or until they feel soft. During this time, turn them around to achieve even cooking.

Remove from the heat. Then, remove the outer part that is burnt and cut the beets into thin slices

To plate, place a base of natural yoghurt on the plate. Place the roasted beetroot, add honey, a touch of goat cheese, caramelised walnut pieces and arugula at the end. Enjoy!
