Exquisite Garlic Soup Thermomix
Garlic soup is one of the traditional Spanish recipes that I always like to prepare when I need a simple but flavorful dish. Plus, the Thermomix makes everything even easier and somehow the result is even more delicious - I usually add a little extra chili pepper to give it an extra spicy kick!
Ingredients
- 200 gr Of bread from the previous day
- 6 clove garlic
- 100 gr of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cdta of sweet paprika
- 1 Chilli pepper (optional)
- 1 lt of chicken broth
- 4 Eggs
- salt to taste

Directions
Slice the bread and let it dry overnight if possible. In fact, the drier the bread is, the richer it will absorb the flavor of the garlic and broth.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into slices. With the Thermomix, this is done in an instant: you only need 5 seconds at speed 5.
In the Thermomix mixing bowl, heat the olive oil for 1 minute at 120 degrees on speed 1.
Add the garlic and chili, if using, and fry for 8 minutes at 120 degrees on speed 1. Make sure the garlic doesn't burn, or it will taste bitter!
Add the paprika and cook for 1 minute at 120 degrees on speed 1.
Add the sliced bread and fry for 2 minutes at 120 degrees at speed 1.
Stir in the chicken broth and season with salt. Cook for 10 minutes at 100 degrees at speed 1.
Finally, crack the eggs into the Thermomix mixing bowl, making sure that each one falls on a different side. Cook for 3 minutes at 100 degrees at speed 1.
Serve hot, each dish with an egg. It is a very tasty and easy soup to make, enjoy!
