Fried salmon
I made this recipe for fried salmon during a weekend lunch for my family and it was delicious!

- 4 a piece salmon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 3 spoons flour
- Oil for frying

1. Step
Clean the salmon, wash, pat dry with a paper towel and season.
2. Step
Stir the eggs in one bowl, put the flour in another and the breadcrumbs in a third. Coat the salmon first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
3. Step
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the salmon for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Step
Remove the salmon and let it drain on a paper towel.
