Fruit tiramisu

Fruit tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts. Just like traditional tiramisu, this one is soft and creamy.

Ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone Added to
  • 4 a piece Eggs Added to
  • 100 g confectionery sugar Added to
  • 500 g Soft fruit Added to
  • lemon juice Added to
  • 50 ml liqueur Added to
  • 2 packages long sponge cakes Added to

1. Step

First, divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar.

2. Step

Add the mascarpone and whisk the mixture until smooth.

3. Step

Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture.

4. Step

Dip the biscuits in the liqueur mixed with lemon juice. Be careful not to make the biscuits too soft, they need to be soaked for quite a short time.

5. Step

Place a layer of soaked biscuits in the bottom of the mould, followed by a layer of cream.

6. Step

Continue layering. The top layer is the cream, on top of which we put the fruit.

7. Step

Let the tiramisu rest in the fridge for a few hours (preferably overnight) to allow the flavours to meld.
