Directions
Start by seasoning the veal cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Prepare three shallow dishes. In the first one, add the flour. In the second one, beat the eggs. In the third one, add the breadcrumbs.
Coat each piece of veal in the flour first, making sure to shake off any excess. Then, dip it in the beaten egg, ensuring that it's fully covered. Lastly, dip it in the breadcrumbs pressing gently to make sure a good layer sticks on.
Repeat this process until all the pieces of veal are well coated.
Heat up a pan with the oil on medium heat.
Fry the veal cutlets until they are golden brown on both sides, which should take about 3-4 minutes per side.
Once they are done frying, place them on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
To serve, put them on a plate and squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top.
