1. Step

In a bowl, add the cream butter, brown sugar, syrup, and vanilla. Mix until obtaining a fluffy mixture.

2. Step

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cracker crumbs, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon.

3. Step

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until the dry ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Add the milk. Mix until the dough comes together.

Turn the dough out onto a large sheet of plastic wrap. Flatten with the palm of your hand. Wrap the edges of the plastic wrap around the dough. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight.

Cut out cookies and place them on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes in a 325°F oven. Allow cookies to cool completely.

Once your cookies have cooled, spoon approximately ¼ cup of marshmallow crème into the centre of 12 cookies.

Top with a second cookie and gently press down until the marshmallow just touches the edge. Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet and chill for at least 15 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and let it cool until is warm.
