- 100 g All Purpose Flour
- 60 g cream cheese
- 40 g butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 tablespoon water

1. Step
Preheat oven to 180 C. Mix flour, salt, and any spices of your choosing. Add cold butter and cream cheese, and mix with your hands. Roll out, and cut into squares or another cracker shape. Poke holes in each cracker with a fork and move to a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Step
Mix oil and water in a bowl. Brush over the crackers and sprinkle salt on top. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
