Homemade Old-Fashioned Baked Chocolate Glazed Donuts

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a donut pan.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing well until it forms a smooth batter.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Transfer your batter into a piping bag and pipe it into the donut pan.

Bake for 10 -12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Leave to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until it achieves a smooth and shiny texture.

Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and let sit on a wire rack until the glaze sets.
