- 11⁄2 Cup of powdered sugar
- 4 tbls of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 21⁄2 tbls of milk
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing well until it forms a smooth batter.
