- 24 fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
- 12 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 Cup of olive oil
- salt to taste
- Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tbls fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbls dry white wine
- juice from one lemon
- Crusty bread for serving

Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan or skillet.
Add the minced garlic and chopped red chilies to the oil. Stir until the garlic turns golden brown.
Add the prawns to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they're pink and opaque.
Add the white wine to the pan. Allow it to simmer until the alcohol has evaporated.
Stir in the lemon juice and the chopped parsley.
Cook for another minute, then remove the pan from the heat.
Serve the prawns hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired and accompanied by crusty bread.
