- 1⁄4 Cup pineapple juice
- Sanding sugar
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 1 Cup Pineapple juice bottle champagne or prosecco
- 1⁄2 Cup Sliced strawberries and pineapple chunks

1. Step
Grab a lime wedge and give the rim of your cocktail glass a good rub-down. Then, chuck it in some pineapple juice sanding sugar and give it a good dip.

Grab a mimosa or champagne glass and fill it up about a quarter of the way with orange juice. Next up, pour in some pineapple juice until it's about halfway full.

Finally, top up your glass with some champers until it's full to the brim. If you're feeling fancy, you can chuck in some strawberries and pineapple chunks to give it an extra fruity vibe.
