How to make Easy Chicken Rotisserie
This succulent homemade Chicken Rotisserie is marinated and roasted slowly to perfection. A great make-ahead dish that’s packed with Latin-inspired flavors, suitable for family dinners or to impress your dinner guests.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 2 lemons, halved
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, quartered

Directions
Combine paprika, garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Rub the chicken all over with olive oil, then rub the spice mixture all over the skin of the chicken.
Stuff the chicken with lemons, garlic cloves, and onion.
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the chicken on a rotisserie rod and secure tightly.
Place in the oven and cook for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
Carve your chicken and serve with your favorite side dishes.
