- 1⁄2 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
- ground black pepper

- 4 oz carrot
- 1⁄2 paprika
- 3 mushroom
- 4 oz peas
Sauce
- 11⁄2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
- 1⁄2 tablespoon pure peanut butter
- 1⁄2 Cup water

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Marinate with garlic, ginger, salt, Chinese cooking wine, black pepper and baking soda.

Cut into juliennes the carrot and pepper. Slice the mushroom. Slice the spring onions.
