Ingredients
Crumb Topping
- 1⁄3 Cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon crystal sugar
- 1⁄2 spoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 Cup melted unsalted butter
- 2⁄3 Cup All Purpose Flour
Muffins
- 1⁄2 Cup unsalted butter
- 1⁄2 Cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 Cup crystal sugar
- 2 egg
- 1⁄2 Cup yoghurt or sour cream
- 2 spoon pure vanilla extract
- 13⁄4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 spoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 spoon cinnamon
- 0.13 spoon ground allspice
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 3 peeled and chopped peaches
Vanilla Icing
- 1 Cup icing sugar
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1⁄2 spoon pure vanilla extract

Directions
Mix the brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter together in a small bowl until combined. Add the flour and use a fork to gently mix until the crumbs form. Set aside.

Whisk the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, and salt together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Beat the butter and both sugars together until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, yoghurt or sour cream, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is combined and mostly creamy.

Add the dry ingredients and milk to the wet ingredients and beat until no flour pockets remain. Fold in the chopped peaches.

Spoon the batter evenly into each cup or liner, filling each all the way to the top. Spoon crumb topping on each, gently pressing it down so it sticks.

Bake in a preheated oven to 220°C for 5 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 177°C. Bake for 19 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the muffin pan, then transfer them to a wire rack to continue cooling for at least 15 minutes before unwrapping and eating.
