- 1 lb sepia
- 1 lb Cooked Octopus
Salad
- 2 Stems celery
- 4 tablespoon parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1⁄4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- lemon juice
- salt

Directions
Fill a large pot with water and add the lemon, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, salt and peppercorns. Bring to a light boil for a few minutes.
