Ingredients
- Olive oil spray
- 1 Cup almond flour
- 11⁄2 oz parmesan
- 1 spoon dried Italian herb seasoning
- 1 spoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 spoon salt
- 1⁄4 spoon ground black pepper
- 2 egg
- 1 lb sliced zucchini
- 2 spoon coconut flour

In a shallow bowl, stir together the almond flour, Parmesan, dried Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk together the eggs in a separate bowl.

Pat the zucchini dry and add it to a zip-top plastic bag along with the coconut flour. Seal the bag and gently shake it to coat the zucchini.
