Light and Delicious Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta
This zesty shrimp pasta recipe is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. The lemon garlic sauce adds a burst of flavor to the juicy shrimp.
Ingredients
- 1 lb medium shrimp
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 Cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 Cup chicken broth
- 1⁄4 Cup fresh lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions
Cook the linguine pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper
Fry for 2 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet using a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl.
Pour the chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest into the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer.
Add the linguine pasta and shrimp back into the skillet with the lemon garlic sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
