Marshmallow
Delicious and soft homemade marshmallow that your children love.
Ingredients
- 470 g sugar
- 240 ml water
- 1 coffee spoon Vanilla extract
- 15 g gelatin
- 4 Spoons confectionery sugar

Directions
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin and 120 ml of water. Let it swell.
In a pot, mix sugar, 120 ml of water, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil without stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the gelatin to the pot and stir until it completely dissolves.
Pour the mixture into the mixer bowl and let it cool for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, mix the mixture until the volume increases and it has the consistency of whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it with a spoon greased with oil.
Cover the mixture with greased baking paper and let it harden in the fridge for 3 hours.
Using scissors, cut it into cubes and coat it in powdered sugar.
