Mascarpone cream with sour cream
This cream with mascarpone and sour cream is my favorite recipe that always delights my guests. It's the perfect accompaniment to many desserts, such as tiramisu, but it also goes great with fruit tarts.

- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 ml sour cream
- 2 spoons confectionery sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1. Step
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone and sour cream together.
2. Step
Add the icing sugar and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
3. Step
Refrigerate the cream for at least an hour before serving. This will allow the cream to set nicely and the flavours to meld.
