Meat sauce for spaghetti
This meat sauce is a classic addition to spaghetti. It pairs well with parmesan.

- 500 g minced meat
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 400 g tomato paste
- 2 ts olive oil
- 1 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs celery
- 1⁄2 ts salt
- 1⁄2 ts ground black pepper

1. Step
Roast the meat in olive oil. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Fry until golden brown.
2. Step
Add tomato paste, salt and pepper.
3. Step
Cook the meat mixture for spaghetti over medium heat for 40 minutes.
