Meat Spread for Toasts
Delicious and fragrant meat spread is ideal for breakfast or a quick lunch. It's easy to prepare and will surely please the taste buds of all meat lovers.
Ingredients
Meat spread
- 500 g Meat (beef or pork)
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 100 g butter
- 2 tablespoon Meat broth
- 1 ts Alone
- 1 ts black pepper

- 8 pcs slices of bread
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil

Directions
Cook the meat in water, which is slightly salted, for approximately 30 minutes.
Peel the onion and garlic and chop into small pieces.
Melt butter in a pan and add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion starts to turn golden brown.
Then add the meat, mustard, meat broth, salt, and black pepper. Stir and let it simmer over moderate heat for 15 minutes.
After this time has elapsed, remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then put the mixture into a blender and blend until you get a smooth spread.
In the meantime, prepare the toast. Drizzle both sides of the bread slices with olive oil and toast until golden in a preheated 200°C oven.
