Minced chops from the oven

Oven-baked ground chops are one of those dishes that always work out for me. It's one of those dishes that I make when I'm craving something delicious, but at the same time don't want to spend all day in the kitchen. They are perfect for dinner, but also for a quick lunch, for sandwiches or for a party for friends.

  • 1 pcs large onion Added to
  • 3 cloves garlic Added to
  • 1 St egg Added to
  • 3 spoons Breadcrumbs Added to

1. Step

We start by preparing all the ingredients. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

2. Step

In a large bowl mix minced meat, chopped onion and garlic, egg and bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.

3. Step

From the finished mixture form cutlets. Remember that they should not be too thick, so that they are evenly browned.

4. Step

Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the chops on it.

5. Step

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180°C.

6. Step

Serve hot, preferably with your favorite toppings.
