Mushroom slice with sour cream
The perfect dish for Sunday lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 slice pork chops
- 250 g Mushrooms (fresh or canned)
- 2 dl sour cream
- 1 large Head of onion
- 2 clove garlic
- Salt, pepper parsley
- Oil for frying

Directions
First cut the meat into thin slices, then season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the meat slices and fry them on both sides. In my experience, make sure the oil is not too hot, as the meat can quickly brown and become dry.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic, and after removing the meat, fry them in the remaining fat. Then add the mushrooms and cook until tender. When completely tender, add the sour cream and season to taste. Return the meat to the pan and continue cooking under the lid over a low heat. Check occasionally to make sure it is not drying out.
To serve, pour the mushroom and cream sauce over the meat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with freshly cooked rice.
