Directions
Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Mix together.
Make a well in the centre and add warm milk, melted butter and Greek yoghurt. Mix everything together with a spoon or fork and then knead by hand until the ingredients are integrated.
Make a large ball. Divide it into 6 parts and form them into small balls. Put them in the bowl, cover with a cloth and leave to rest for 20 min.
In the meantime, melt 50 g of butter and mix it with a clove of garlic and chopped parsley.
Spread a drop of oil in a frying pan and heat it.
Put some flour on the work surface and place a ball on top. With a rolling pin, roll it into an elongated shape.
When the pan is very hot, put the bread in. When it has bubbled, turn it and cook it on the other side (be careful not to burn it).
When it is ready, put it on a plate and cover it with a cloth to keep it warm. Do the same with all the bread. Then brush each one with the butter, parsley and garlic mixture.
