- 200 ml whipping cream
- 250 g Smooth curd
- 150 g Skyr yogurt
- 50 g grated coconut
- Mango passionfruit jam
- to taste Sugar sweetener
- 12 pieces butter biscuits
Jelly
- 100 ml I used mango syrup from Vladimír
- 100 ml Of water
- 10 g gelatin powder

1. Step
Whip the cream with curd, cottage cheese (or another yogurt). Add coconut, 3 tablespoons of jam (I used mango+ passion fruit from St Dalfour) and mix. Prepare a mold and distribute the biscuits, spread with jam and layer half of the cream. Repeat: biscuits, jam, cream.
2. Step
Mix the powdered gelatin with water and syrup (mango syrup), cook according to the instructions. Layer it on the dessert and let it cool.
