No-Bake Healthy Chocolate Protein Ball Recipe
These delicious and healthy protein balls are packed full of energy-boosting ingredients. They are slice-of-heaven for gym buffs or those simply looking for a healthy snack. They're no-bake, easy-to-make, and take less than 30 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of oats
- 1⁄2 Cup of chocolate protein powder
- 1⁄2 Cup of flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1⁄2 Cup of nut butter (almond, peanut or cashew)
- 1⁄4 Cup of honey
- Handful of dark chocolate chips
- Optional: shredded coconut, dried fruit or nuts for topping.

Directions
Start by blending the oats in a food processor until they become a fine flour.
Add in the protein powder, flax seeds, and chia seeds. Pulse the mixture until well combined.
Add the nut butter and honey into the processor and mix again until everything combines into a sticky dough.
Roll the dough into small balls. If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of water or a bit more honey. If it is too wet, add more protein powder or oats until you reach the right consistency.
Press some chocolate chips into each ball for added flavor.
Optional: Roll the protein balls in shredded coconut, dried fruits, or nuts for added texture and flavor.
Allow the balls to set in the refrigerator for at least an hour before consuming.
